Prepare to re-open or start your business with digital gift cards or our new contactless payments:
Accept contactless payments while your client is at their appointment
After your clients pay for a deposit, we can keep their credit card on file (at their request) and calculate check-out automatically for you when the appointment is finished. While you're there, you can add any last minute add-ons or custom charges (for products, perhaps?) and we'll help you take payment for all that, too.
Set taxes, tipping suggestions, and turn on signatures for credit card payments
We've given you full control. You can set up your tax rates for your services, change your tipping suggestions to encourage better tipping practices, or turn on signatures if you want some added security with credit card payments.
Sell digital gift cards and deal with no paperwork
A no-fuss digital gift card system is available to you if turned on in your Account Settings. Once turned on, clients will be able to buy gift cards of any value from your website for themselves or as a gift. Gift card receives will receive a code to redeem the gift card value while they are booking or during their appointment. Jupiter will automatically keep track of their gift card ensuring they never have to carry a physical one again!
Hide your address on your website
If you'd like a client to only see your address after the booking has finished, check out the Website Settings page and turn on this privacy setting. We'll only send them the address in their confirmation emails.

While we were working on checkout, we decided to work on bettering your client experience booking online. Booking should be faster, clearer, and be even easier to use for your clients.

View your schedule and set your working hours in a new mobile-optimized calendar
Instead of using Google calendar, you can now see all the appointments in Jupiter itself. You can even set your working hours and block off time using this calendar. We'll keep syncing it with Google for you behind-the-scenes.
Book client appointments from the calendar page
You can now book clients into your schedule from the calendar instead of going into their client files.
Client cards with more information
On your schedule we'll let you know the last time your client was in, if they haven't filled out any forms, and give you a breakdown of their appointment.
Who loves full control? You do! 😉 There's a new Calendar settings page which will let you do just that: change who books, when they're booking, and how many times they can:
Allow bookings for only approved clients
Set it so everyone can book or only clients who you approve of (accounts only!) so you can pre-approve clients before they start online booking
Optimize bookings to fill holes
We'll help your clients book in to fill your schedule holes by offering timeslots which are closest to already booked times
Set a custom minimum notice time
If you need two days, you can set it to 48 hours and we'll update your policies in your emails too–no more last minute requests
More flexible booking window
Change your booking window to any number of months ahead of a certain date
Set a maximum rescheduling and cancel allowance
Block clients from online bookings if they're frequent no shows... they can still book but they'll have to reach out to you

We've made the booking process faster for your clients so they no longer need to create an account to book, only to manage their appointments.

Forms have another new input option and more labels
We added options and addresses to your form fields. Options are great for yes/no questions and you can now use an address field so your clients can more easily select an address from Google. We've also added a label to your signature fields so you can specify client or parent/guardian signatures.
Form editing is now available
You are now edit forms or attach them to clients yourself. This is really helpful for service providers who need to fill out forms while clients are in the office.
Form edit history is recorded
Since both you and your client can now edit forms, we'll keep record of who is editing the form and when. You can access each history in their client file.
Form questions are rearrangeable
Want to change the order of your questions? Tap and long press on the icon next to the active question and you can move it up or down your form.
We've rebuilt the form feature! The majority of the cursor bugs should be fixed and we hope that your experience will be a lot smoother now when editing and creating your forms.
If any of your clients have not filled out your form, we'll let you know on the home page before they arrive to their appointment.
Client image galleries now support deleting images.
Forms can be sent on a specific date
You can now set your forms to send out on a specific date. You can notify your clients of opening days, sales, holidays, or any other major events.
